Thank you for revealing your true self and your continued disregard for those you are supposed to represent in your letter dated March 23, 2012. I appreciate that this form letter almost hints that someone in your office actually took the time to respond to the topic of one of my letters, however inappropriate the response is.
As you know, it is your job to represent Kentuckians in the US Senate that is supposed to represent the best interest of the American people. (See, I'm not fooled no matter how you try to pretend that you don't know your job.) You took an oath, in which you swore (so help you your god), to defend the Constitution against domestic terrorists and to do so without mental reservation or purpose of evasion:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.As you and I both know, you have not upheld this oath. You have tossed sanity aside and evaded your duty to protect us from the domestic enemies in your party who are hellbent on eroding the constitution. Your attempts to lie about President Obama as though he is the one doing what you are doing is surely pathological. Since I do not have credentials to diagnose you as a pathological liar, I am ready to launch a serious campaign in which THE American People call for you to be evaluated by someone who is. We deserve that.
As you know, (I really hate that phrase but will patronize your insulting use of it by feeding it back to you) the Obama Administration did NOT cross any dangerous line and you are a disgusting opportunist to say he did in a letter that you send out to constituents. You really should know by now that we are not all as ignorant as your base so you are only inflaming anger in the majority of us when you do this.
If, make that IF you and your party even made the slightest attempt to pretend that you are following the tenants of your professed religion, I might understand (although not condone) your constant whining about the rest of us not wanting to live by those rules. But you don't. You epitomize hypocrisy. You turn people away from religion. You make a mockery of the constitution and religion.
And, seriously, as you surely must know, no one has tried in any way to take away your "freedom" to worship as you wish. You are free to worship any way you wish but you are not free to turn this country into a theocracy and insist that we all worship money, power, and ignorance the way you do, or to insist that we all worship as you pretend you might sorta maybe want to if you were truly practicing Christians.
Your final paragraph says it all: You think that when we disagree, it is your opinion that matters. You are so very wrong.
